Hong Kong is known as the shopping heaven (购物天堂)and it most definitely lives up to the claim. It has every type of brand name, and infinite unknown brands as well. There are clothes, makeup, food, perfume from across the world. my friends suggested for me to buy lots of Japanese make up because its cheaper there, but unfortunately it does not provide translation to most products, so I have no idea what it is or what it says for the instructions.
I for one, does not plan to shop in brand name stores, could have done it back home, so two of my favourt shopping places is New Town Mall (新之城)in mong kok (旺角), and Kwai Chung Plaza (葵通广场)in Kwai Fong (葵芳). There you can find the cutest Asian styles, from shoes, to dress to shirts. Its mainly girl's clothes though...

New Town Mall does not look like very much, but inside is filled with delicious food and beautifully cheap clothes <3. Its where the locals shop~ Again, this mall is similar to Kwai Chung Plaza, most of the clothes are for girls and they only have one size! which may not fit everyone.
Having grown up in Canada, I was never properly trained in bargaining... ai... but I have made my attempts at bargaining.. I have no strategy! I simply bag haha, "摆脱再便宜一点啦, 我只有 100 块啦。。" (it sounds way to weird if translated) ai.... but I find male shop owners give discounts more easily... ai... so if any one has better bargaining tips! pleaaaasssssssssssssse tell me, my method is not working out all that well. haha
