I am here to share a few things that I do to look good in the office in any weather, without compromising comfort!!!
As much as I would like to wear heels and tights everyday to work and look fabulous, it's just too cold to do any good for my knee, and I would be heart broken if I got my beautiful heels dirty. Sometimes I come across brave woman who wear office shirts and legging to work in -10 degree Celsius weather, I get a little shiver just by looking at them!

SHOES
As MUCH as I love my three inch heels that makes my look all tall and Fab, I simply cannot wear them when there is a foot or two of snow and ice outside without seriously damaging my ankles. It would be especially bad if a ring of salt stain is left on my shoe!!
I currently have three pairs of shoes left at work, I have chosen these three pairs because they can appropriately match any outfit I wear to work. I usually wear my black pump when I wear pants, and the boots when I wear legging. I stuck with black and nude colours because they are easy to match and is appropriate for any occasion.
BLAZER
No matter what you are wearing, throw a blazer on, and you instantly look more professional!
Needless to say, blazer is an essential part of office wear, but I find it too hot in the summer to wear long sleeve outside, and too bulky to wear underneath the winter jacket.
I keep a blazer at my desk during all times, I throw it on when I get cold in the office or if there is a emergency meeting with a client and I am not dressed for it on that day, I can also change into it if I did not wear something cute because I run out of time in the morning to look through all my clothes.
It's probably a good idea to bring in a few blazers to the office so you have choices, but do not bring your whole wardrobe to your office... that's just over killing it!
This is the blazer (from RW&Co) I currently left in my office. I LOVE, LOVE the fur collar, and the material is wool so it keeps my nice and warm in the cold winter.
The collar is removable, and it's a totally different look once it's taken off, so it's like two blazers. I am wearing the blazer without the collar in the picture below.
Accessories
A giant scarf is also a great item to keep in the office! I am sure you have seen or heard of tutorials on how to wear your scarf in multiple ways. Here is an example:

It's like a headband, a vest, a belt, a tank top etc.. ALL in one! So easy to add a little bit of detail to your outfit that will make people gasp!
I also leave a few hair ties, bobby pins, hair bands and a comb at the office so I can easily change up my hair if I am having a bad hair day!
That's it for now! Let me know if you have any other great ideas to keep it fun in the office!
