Bf loves eggs, also breakfast! so he jumped at the idea of going to Eggspectations... though I told him that all brunch places will have eggs.
Eggspection is an chain restaurant... so I did not expect to see anything new...

it was not long before we got our menu, bf set his heart on getting waffle or crepe, but we could not find it on the menu... but later on we did see our people ordering beautiful waffle... the conclusion.. poor menu! (but it's not that bad la~) I decided to have "the all American" cause it has all the goodness of eggs, ham, bacon and sausage <3 bf had Eggsuberant because it has pancakes!
the environment is quite nice, we sat on the second floor, so we had a really good view lol
the service was a little slow though... the waiter did apologize for the slowness and told us that they were missing a waiter... we waited about 10 minutes before anyone took our order.>.< but then again, it give me the chance to take photos~
the bread came first... it was really nicely toasted with butter <3 I was actually looking for butter before I realize it was already put on~ nice service!
about 10 minutes later, our order arrived! it actually look very similar, we both had their home fries and fruit~ the fries is very very awesome! it's crispy and not greasy~ you can choose how you like your eggs, so I choose sunny side up.. but their were still bits of uncooked egg white.. which I do not really like ... yucky!
I really like the fruits, it really gives a very refreshing feel after eating so much oily stuff.. the refried beans is quite good.. I used it as a dip for my fries
bf's order is very similar, he had grilled tomato and pancake, the pancake is light and fluffy~ and there is syrup on the side. bf's order cost $3 more than my order.. and I do not think that is quite worth it...
bf has such nice smile~
